You may return your order to us within 30 days from the date of delivery with a valid Order Reference number (e.g LBHKXXXXXXXXX) as long as the returnable items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their clothing tags intact.
Exclusions
The following categories are not returnable/exchangeable: Sale items (with discounted prices before promo code is applied), panties, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle, and gifts. Sale of these product categories is final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above.
You may return your order via the following options:
Orders to Hong Kong -
Return your order to us via Circle K, 7-11 or Alfred Lockers (HKD20 for every 5 items).
Pack your item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel. You can download a copy of the form here.
Register your return order with ReBound here to select your choice of return points and you'll receive a QR code to scan at the chosen kiosk. For Returns via Circle K and 7-11, simply inform the store staff that you'd like to make a return and scan the QR code.
For Returns via Alfred Locker, drop off your parcel at your selected kiosk by scanning the QR code.
Please ensure the item/s you are intending to return are registered on ReBOUND. We will not able to process the return of item/s that are not included in your return registration. You will receive Store Credit within 8-10 business days from your drop-off date.
Orders to Macau -
Pack the item(s) and the completed Returns Form together in a parcel. You can download a copy of the returns form here.

Orders to Hong Kong & Macau -
Returns via our Retail Stores (Free) - Simply drop off your online orders at our Online Returns Box located in our Hongkong Love, Bonito store at Queen's Road Central or pass it to our retail staff over the counter at Langham Place.
Online orders returned in-store will be processed within 8 - 10 business days from your drop-off date.
Reimbursement & processing time
Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 8-10 business days from when we receive it. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Do return your order to us via the methods stated above as unreceived returns via a non-traceable mode of postage will not be reimbursed.
