Head over to ‘My Rewards’ page here, where you’ll see a list of rewards for redemption based on different point categories. The Rewards Shop is basically found on the same page and it is being updated every now and then whenever we have new rewards!
Rewards on our Rewards Shop include:
- Love, Bonito gift cards
- Love, Bonito branded merchandise
- Partner merchandise, offers or services
How to Redeem A Reward
- Scroll to the section: “Redeem Points” and view rewards. You can view by points categories.
- Click ‘View’ on any reward to see all information, including terms and conditions of using the reward.
- Click ‘Redeem’ to redeem the reward and you’ll see a message prompt to inform on successful redemption.
- Scroll up on the same page to the section: “My Rewards” and find your redeemed reward.
- Click “View” and you can see the promo code.
- Copy the promo code and paste it into the relevant box at check-out on the cart page*.
- Ta-da! You’ve successfully claimed your redeemed reward.
*Note: Some rewards have promo codes that should be applied at partners’ websites instead. Please read the terms and conditions for each reward carefully when redeeming. Only rewards that are Love, Bonito merchandise, gift cards or partners' merchandise have promo codes that are to be applied on the Love, Bonito website for you to receive the reward in your Love, Bonito parcel.
